Project Manager



Are you a highly flexible, self-motivated, resourceful Project Manager with five years’ experience? Arborlea Developments is growing, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

Arborlea Developments Ltd., is a well-established, mid-sized commercial general contractor, based in Langley B.C. We’re proud of the projects we’ve built over the past 30 years in the Lower Mainland and have constructed award-winning offices and retail spaces.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Vice President, the Project Manager will: 

  • Review documents, project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail and inform the appropriate team member about potential issues or conflicts
  • Plan and manage daily project operations and construction schedules, while monitoring and reporting on progress made on each project
  • Liaise with the project teams, clients, consultants and sub-contractors

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will be highly flexible, self-motivated, resourceful, and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Construction Management for Commercial Construction projects within Canada. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the highest priority for cost control, schedule control and job-site safety. A valid driver’s license is essential. The candidate must also be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience:

  • Construction Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Licence:

  • Drivers licence (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
